China Securities Finance Co., Ltd. (CSF), led by Mr. Chen Fei, Chairman of the Board, together with Mr. Wu Xiaoyong, General Manager, welcomed a delegation from TSFC Securities Public Company Limited (TSFC), led by Mr. Aphisak Kiewkarnkha, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Udomkarn Udomsab, President, during their visit and discussions in Beijing, People’s Republic of China, on August 4, 2026.

The visit provided an opportunity to introduce Mr. Aphisak Kiewkarnkha, who assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of TSFC in May 2026, as well as to continue exchanges and discussions between the two organizations following the visit to Thailand by CSF executives in March 2026.

During the meeting, both parties exchanged views on capital market developments and matters related to their respective business operations and discussed potential areas of cooperation that may benefit both organizations in the future. Any future initiatives or cooperation will be undertaken within the scope of the respective authorities and licenses of the parties and in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
