TSFC Securities Public Company Limited (“Company”) is using CCTV for surveillance inside and surrounding the Company's area (“Area”), for the protection of life, health, and property. The Company collects personal information of our employees, customers, workers, contractors, and visitors (hereinafter referred to as “you”) who enter the site while such CCTV is working.
This CCTV Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) provides information regarding the Company’s collection, use, or disclosure of personal data (“Personal Data”), including your rights as follows:

Legal basis for processing personal data
The Company processes your personal information on the following legal basis:
The necessity to prevent or suppress a danger to the life, body, or health of you or another person.
The necessity for the legitimate interests of us or another person, as well as such benefits, is no less important than the basic rights to your personal data.
The need to comply with relevant laws that oversee the safety and environment of the workplace and our assets

Purpose of processing your personal data
The Company processes your personal data for the following purposes:
For the protection of your health and personal safety which includes your property.
To protection our facilities and property from damage, disruption, vandalism, or other crime.
To assist in dispute resolution processes that arise during disciplinary or grievance proceedings.
To assist in the investigation process or complaint submission process.
To support relevant agencies in law enforcement for deterrence, prevention, investigation and legal prosecution.
To assist in the process of initiating or defending civil litigation. This includes but is not limited to legal actions related to employment.

Types of personal data collected and used
For the purposes stated in Clause 2., the Company installs CCTV in a visible location. There will be a warning sign indicating the use of CCTV at the entrance and exit to collect your personal information when you enter the area.
Once you access the areas, the Company will assume that you have acknowledged and understood the privacy notice for the use of the company's CCTV, and you agree to allow the Company to act in accordance with the Privacy Notice that the Company has informed. The type of personal data collected includes images, videos, sounds, and images of your property, such as vehicles, bags, hats, clothing, etc.
Nevertheless, the Company will not install CCTV in areas that may unreasonably infringe on your basic rights, such as bathrooms, shower rooms, or resting areas.

Disclosure of your personal information
The information and CCTV footage is kept confidential and will not be disclosed unless it is necessary for the Company to achieve the objectives specified in this announcement. The Company may disclose CCTV information to the following types of individuals or entities:
Agencies with powers and duties as required by law to assist and support law enforcement, conduct investigations, or prosecute various cases.
The Company may allow the CCTV vendor to access the information for maintenance only when the Company authorizes, and the vendor must have a security system for personal data protection with which the Company agrees on the system.
Third Party Service Providers for the necessity of ensuring the safety of life, body, and health, including property of you or others (if any).
5.
Period of Personal Data Retention
To achieve the objectives of surveillance by using CCTV equipment as specified in this Privacy Notice. CCTV will record video and audio of persons receiving services within the range the camera can capture for 24 hours. The Company will retain the personal data in the CCTV for a period of no longer than 90 days from the date of recording, and after the expiration of such a period, your personal data will be deleted.
In the event of danger, a government officer will use CCTV information for investigation or to facilitate court proceedings. Such information on CCTV will be used until the completion of the legal process.

Your Rights
As a personal data owner, you have the right to request the Company to process your personal data according to the laws permitted, as below:
The right to access, obtain a copy, and request disclosure of the source of your personal data that the Company collects, unless the Company has the right to reject your request under the law, by court order, or when your request may affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to request rectification of your personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete to ensure that the Personal Data remains accurate, up-to-date, complete, and not misleading.
Right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information, unless the company has a legitimate ground to deny your request; for instance, the Company may establish that a more lawful reason justifies the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data, the establishment of legal claims, or the compliance with or exercise of legal claims or public benefits in accordance with the Company's mission.
Right to suspend the use of your personal data in any of following circumstance:
1.
During the period verifying your request to correct your personal data. complete and current.
2.
Your personal data is collected use or disclosure unlawfully.
3.
When your personal data is no longer required for retention in accordance with the necessary purposes as stated on privacy notice, but you would like us to continue keeping that information to support the exercise of your legal rights.
4.
At the time when the Company is proving to you the legitimate grounds for collecting, using, or disclosing your personal information or verifying the necessity of collecting, using, or disclosing your personal data for public interest, due to the fact that you have exercised your right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data.

Personal Data Security Measures
In accordance with the Company's information security policy and practices, the Company has implemented appropriate technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal information. These measures are designed to prevent data loss, unauthorized access, deletion, destruction, use, alteration, or disclosure of personal information.
Furthermore, the Company has implemented a personal data protection policy that has been disclosed to the general public, both within and outside the organization. The policy incorporates guidelines that guarantee the confidentiality, accuracy, integrity, and availability of personal information during its collection, use, and disclosure. In this regard, the Company has arranged to review the aforementioned policy, which includes this announcement, in due course.

Responsibilities of the Personal Data Controller
The Company assigns only authorized personnel involved in the collection, use or disclosure of personal data in the course of processing activity to have access to your personal data and ensure that the personnel strictly comply with this Privacy Notice.
9.
Amendment to the Privacy Notice
To improve or change this announcement, the Company may consider making changes as we see appropriate. The Company will notify you through the QR Code displayed around the CCTV camera, with the date of the latest version at the end. However, the Company recommends that you check regularly for new announcements. especially before entering our area. By entering the Company’s area, it is regarded as an acknowledgment of the terms of this Privacy Notice.
Please suspend access to the area, if you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Notice but you continue to enter the area after this Privacy Notice has been amended and published in the above channels. It will be deemed that you have been informed of such changes.
