TSFC Signs Multilateral Memorandum of Cooperation

TSFC joins leading Asian Securities Finance institutions in signing the Multilateral Memorandum of Cooperation in Seoul

SEOUL, Republic of Korea – On September 30, 2025, TSFC Securities Public Company Limited, or TSFC, represented by Mrs. Kesara Manchusree, Chairperson, and Mr. Udomkarn Udomsap, President, participated in the signing ceremony of the Multilateral Memorandum of Cooperation among Leading Securities Finance Institutions across Asia.

The signing ceremony took place during the International Conference celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Korea Securities Finance Corporation (KSFC), which was hosted at the Fairmont Ambassador Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul, South Korea. The event drew more than 250 delegates from various countries across the region.

This significant cooperation agreement was signed among leading Securities Finance Institutions across Asian, including China Securities Finance Co., Ltd. from the People’s Republic of China, Japan Securities Finance Co., Ltd. From Japan, Korea Securities Finance Corp. from the Republic of Korea, Pendanaan Efek Indonesia from Indonesia, and TSFC Securities Plc. from Thailand.

The cooperation aims to strengthen multilateral cooperation across various areas, including information sharing, research collaboration initiatives, and personnel exchange programs, to foster closer and more sustainable relationships among financial institutions across the Asian region.

Mr. Udomkarn Udomsap, President of TSFC, delivered the company’s vision, emphasizing TSFC’s commitment to its role as a financial institution providing securities finance services that play a vital part in supporting the liquidity and stability of Thailand’s capital market. He highlighted key aspects such as the company’s founding background and objectives, the development and expansion of its current financial products and services, as well as its plans to extend service offerings into new sectors in the future.

TSFC also articulated its strategic intent to serve as a driving force behind the growth of regional capital markets, underscoring the strengthened cooperation among leading Securities Finance institutions achieved through the signing of the multilateral Memorandum of Cooperation, marking a significant step toward fostering a robust and enduring partnership among Securities Finance Institutions across Asia.
