Mr. Takeshi is a serial Fintech entrepreneur, and Co-founder &CEO of Elevandi Japan, actively leading ecosystem building and international partnerships. Additionally, he serves on the committee for the Government of Japan's Regulatory Sandbox and is a member of the experts group at the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry for cross-border data transfers.
