Mrs. Kesara Manchusree - Certification Committee member (CAC COUNCIL), a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC), presented a certification to certify membership of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) to the members at the CAC Certification Ceremony 2024, which was held to announce the honor and commitment of the companies’ executives to the public for companies that were certified in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2023.  

Ms. Banthara Nantha-amornphong, Senior Vice President of Compliance and Legal of TSFC Securities Public Company Limited (“TSFC”) was represented in receiving a certification as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) from the Thai Private Sector Coalition Against Corruption Committee on July 12, 2024 at the Nikko Bangkok hotel.

TSFC Company has been a Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption member since 2015. 
The concept of the CAC Certification Ceremony 2024 is “Business Beyond CAC: Spotlight on Supply Chain: Transparent Business Chain, Sustainable Thai Business Sector”. The intention at this time was to create a platform for the exchange of achievement, as establishing a society free of corruption necessitates the collaboration of all sectors. . It operates akin to a business chain, beginning with the establishment of transparency within the organization and gradually expanding to the supply chain. The Thai business sector will become more substantial and sustainable as each company enhance its transparency.
